About RIADG
Rock Island Arsenal Development Group (RIADG) was formed in 2003 to help match appropriate tenants with available commercial space on beautiful, secure Arsenal Island.
RIADG's purpose was legislated by the US Congress in the Arsenal Support Program Initiative: to reduce the cost of U.S. Army installation overhead while maintaining a government-ready workforce. We market, negotiate, lease and manage the administrative, manufacturing and warehouse spaces that are currently not being utilized by the U.S. Army. Additionally, government funding allows us to renovate and modify space to meet tenant needs, at no out-of-pocket cost.
Our Mission
RIADG's mission is to provide affordable and secure space for your business.
Benefits to tenants: competitive pricing on prime commercial space with extraordinary security, no out-of-pocket renovation costs, multiple amenities and an educated workforce. Department of Defense contractors enjoy close proximity to their clients and prospects.
Benefits to the Quad-City community: a continued supply of good jobs.
Our Services
Site selection: We work with you to find the right site for your needs. With space for administrative, manufacturing and warehouse needs - along with government funding for client-specified renovations - we can help find the right fit for your commercial business.
Space renovation: We work with you to create space that supports your administrative, manufacturing and warehouse needs. From major build-outs that create new floor plans to quality finish work, government funding means your space will be completed to your satisfaction, at no out-of-pocket expense.
Landlord functions: We respond promptly to your needs as a tenant, helping ensure your satisfactory and productive business experience!
